Essence was founded by Amanda Carmela, an ambitious entrepreneur dedicated to helping small businesses develop and enhance their brand on social media. Her three-year background in marketing and content creation for luxury real estate groups in South Florida provided the foundational expertise to bring her vision to life. Kevin Delaney, a Boston College graduate, brought his operational background to the team in September 2023. Together, they have solidified Essence as one of Vermont’s premier social media marketing agencies.
